What are normal values for the break times?
Peak Performance has a wizard that can be used if you are trying to prevent or recover offers different settings. It is recommended that you have a 3-5 second micropause every two minutes. Within the software we set the limits by default to 10 seconds every 5 minutes because Peak Performance is a training tool not an enforcer. Stretch breaks are recommended to be two minutes every half hour. Regular short breaks are the key to prevention and recovery and you need to see what works best for your body.

Won’t the breaks and exercises mean less time for work?
Actually no. Research has shown that staff that take breaks are less tired, make less mistakes and this actually increases productivity.
